To be eligible for a replacement/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Provide us with proper pictures of the product you have received along with the picture of the invoice.
In case of payment refund the paid amount will automatically be applied to your ADITI Wallet, within 2 business days.
If you haven't received a refund in 7-10 business days, first check your ADITI account again.
